Tracey is our Clinical Director and founder of Kameleon Group. Tracey has worked in the disability sector for over 25 years, working in direct support roles, therapeutic roles, and across all levels of management. Tracey has also had the privilege to work alongside First Nations Communities and is a passionate advocate of taking a ‘whole family’ approach in all she does.
A mother to five adult children, and a proud grandmother to her 8 grandchildren, she embraces all life has to offer. Tracey is a qualified Board Certified Behaviour Analyst and works primarily in Early intervention and supervises our team of therapists throughout Australia.
Tracey is passionate about ABA, and the positive impact ABA programs have on young people and adults. Tracey loves working alongside the passionate and professional Kameleon team, bringing ABA to individuals and families. Backed with qualifications in Psychology, Counselling and Applied Behaviour Analysis, Tracey supports the Kameleon team to learn and grow together, to continually improve on the supports we provide to individuals and families.
Peter comes to Kameleon Group with a successful business and law career, operating an internationally recognised business for over two decades. Joining Kameleon Group has provided him with an opportunity to change careers and utilise his business acumen to support Kameleon Group to focus on what is important, the people.
With a passion for learning and completing graduate and postgraduate studies in Business and Law, Peter is currently enrolled in the Graduate Diploma of Applied Behaviour Analysis, aiming to complete 2021.
One of Peter’s many key strengths includes his ability to build positive relationships with families, therapists, and all of Kameleon’s other key stakeholders. He is engaging and focussed. On the phone, Peter is often seen supporting the Kameleon Families and therapists along their journey at Kameleon Group.

Komala is a Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst who began her career in the field of disability in 2009 while completing her Masters in Teaching at the University of Sydney. She quickly discovered that she had a passion for the field and since that time Komala has worked with and alongside a wide variety of individuals of all ages and backgrounds in a range of settings including home, school and adult services.
As an Education Consultant and PECS specialist for many years, she has delivered training, coaching and supervision to teachers, allied health professionals, parents and carers across Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia.
Komala believes strongly in a collaborative, inclusive approach that involves listening first and foremost to the individual themselves and the people that know them best.

Wiktoria loves the ABA philosophy has been working in the field of behaviour support as a therapist since 2014. Prior she worked as a Counsellor in the Domestic Violence Emergency sector and as a Psychologist in a Rehabilitation Centre for People with Disabilities based in Poland.

Michelle Chapman is n ew to Cairns and is looking forward to experiencing the tropical lifestyle and joining the vibrant Cairns community.
With m any years’ experience in positive behaviour support, with client ages ranging from 4 years to 40 years old , she now joins the Kameleon team. Michelle is focussed on building trust and positive rapport with people she supports. She holds a family focussed view and enjoys seeing positive changes occur for the person and their families.
Being on the change journey with clients , and watching the positive impacts for the person themselves, and their support network, is what keeps Michelle engaged to keep working in this field. Michelle has also had the privilege of tutoring undergraduate psychology students at Southern Cross University for several years and a mentor to many.
Backed with qualifications in psychology, nursing and backed by the support of Kameleon using an Applied Behaviour Analysis approach, Michelle is here to work with clients of all ages and complexities. We hope her Chihuahua avoids the crocodiles !

Natalia Powell is a Senior Behavioural Therapist at Kameleon Group, working across the Gold Coast. She studied Psychology at Bond University and graduate studies in Autism at Griffith University.
She is passionate about Applied Behaviour Analysis, seeing first hand the positive impression it has on individuals of all ages and backgrounds. Natalia has spent a considerable amount of time working with children with autism as an early childhood educator, implementing an ABA approach to skill development.

Esther is a Behaviour Specialist at Kameleon Group working across South-East Queensland with over 10 years’ experience working with people with emotional and behavioural needs.
Esther has comprehensive experience training others and leading practice improvement projects as shown throughout her ten years in roles such as Direct Support Worker, Behaviour Therapist and Behaviour Specialist.

Ellen is a passionate Behaviour Support Practitioner who lives in the Northern Rivers region of New South Wales. Ellen works across Tweed, Byron, Ballina and Lismore shires.
Ellen began her career as a Provisional Psychologist, following completion of a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours) at the University of Queensland. She then moved into the behaviour world shortly after and is currently pursuing her Board Certification as a Behaviour Analyst as well as recently completing a Masters of Applied Behaviour Analysis at Monash University.
Ellen has experience working with children, adolescents and adults presenting with a wide range of challenging behaviours, needs and abilities, in addition to assisting those seeking support for separation and divorce, domestic violence, homelessness, mental health concerns, drug and alcohol abuse and child protection concerns.
Ellen enjoys supporting individuals and their families to reach their goals and improve their quality of life, and is specifically interested in the reasoning and functions behind human behaviour and the role these play in each individual’s life.
Natalie is a qualified Early Childhood and Primary teacher and as a result has facilitated the learning of countless children with diverse needs for over ten years. Inspired by her own children, Natalie became passionate about finding new ways to support children who experience learning and developmental challenges, particularly with social, emotional and behavioural skills. She began studying a graduate diploma in special education and developed an interest in ABA approaches and the positive impact this can have on children’s lives. Since then Natalie has worked with children with complex needs including Autism, ADHD, neurological conditions and learning and communication difficulties on a variety of skills in both early intervention groups and inclusive settings and is committed to ensuring positive outcomes for all clients.
As a local of the beautiful Northern beaches of Sydney she never stops trying to find places to explore, either on the water on her stand up paddleboard or on land with her cute little dog Ruby.

Ashlee is a Behaviour Specialist and practitioner at Kameleon Group working across the Northern Rivers of New South Wales.
She has 10 years’ experience in disability, education and applied behaviour analysis early intervention spaces.
Ashlee has worked through therapy roles to senior clinical management as well as with the department of education and training in a
capacity building education support role in adult disability behaviour support and ABA training development and facilitation.

Sidra Hameed is our behaviour therapist with specific experience in early intervention therapy for children with ASD. Through her time working as an ABA therapist, Sidra has gained experience supporting young and older children with various learning needs.
With success in assisting early learners in communicating and mastering various key skills, she continues to see positive results with the little ones she works with.
Sidra has qualifications in psychology and plans to pursue registration as a clinical psychologist and utilise the proven techniques of Applied Behaviour Analysis. Zoe Lawder is a passionate and experienced Behaviour support specialist who lives in the northern rivers region of NSW and works across the Lismore, Ballina, and Byron shires. She is mum to two teenage boys and lives with a menagerie of animals including a dog, a cat, 2 guinea pigs, and 2 chickens.
Zoe is excited about supporting the social, emotional, and learning needs of children and young people. She believes in utilising a strengths and child-focused approach within an evidence-based framework-ABA. Her gentle and patient nature means she is able to build strong relationships with both children and families.
With extensive lived experience, and tertiary qualifications in sociology, autism studies, and applied behaviour analysis, Zoe is able to effectively implement evidence-based assessments and interventions. She is experienced in developing positive behaviour support plans and is currently completing post-graduate studies in early childhood teaching.
Vivian, an ABA specialist and a graduate from UNSW with a Bachelor of Psychological Science. Vivian plans on continuing her studies with a master’s degree in ABA.
Previously, Vivian excelled in a 25-year career in Marketing and Events, with global roles managing creative agencies and mentoring large teams at Managing Director level.
Following a life-long passion to support and enrich the lives of children and families facing mental, social and emotional challenges, Vivian was thrilled to embark on the ABA path in April 2019 when she joined Lizard Centre as a Behaviour Therapist.
She has implemented many ABA programs designed to help children with ASD with their communication, social interaction, and learning challenges. She has played a significant role in the educating, caring, and guiding of many beautiful little lives.

As a lifelong learner, Leah has completed undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Psychology, Master of Criminology, and is currently completing her Master of Counselling.
Leah has a wealth of experience working within trauma-informed practice as a forensic case manager with a focus on risk assessment and positive behaviour change. Leah has experience working with disenfranchised, disadvantaged youth focusing on overall wellbeing and re-engagement with education.
Leah has been to over 30 countries and lived in four different Australian states. Through her travels, she found a passion for human rights and cultural diversity. Leah enjoys learning from others lived experiences. In her spare time, she loves to collect old books and explore the Tasmanian outdoors with her beloved dog, Benson.

Sharyn is an experienced mother to her amazing ten children, including a daughter with additional needs. She has worked alongside various early intervention services in her previous role as an ECEI Coordinator for the NDIS and has gained a positive reputation with services and families alike. Her dedication and perseverance has ensured families received the support they needed.
Sharyn’ s career started as an Early Intervention Teacher whilst completing postgraduate qualifications in Early Childhood and Special Education. She then worked as a Key Worker of a Trans-disciplinary allied health team and has completed her SOS training (Sequential- Oral- Sensory Approach to picky eating). Sharyn’s passion and enthusiasm is contagious and her tenacious attitude is an asset to all families she supports.
Sharyn is thrilled to now be using her skills and expertise as a Senior Behaviour Specialist with Kameleon, where she will be working with children to assist them in meeting
Nathan brings a wealth of valuable expertise to Kameleon after having spent 15 years at the forefront of behaviour support and special education in schools across three countries. He has enjoyed a range of roles with diverse responsibilities, including school leadership, classroom teaching, mentoring, and working with disengaged and at-risk youth.
Nathan’s patience and kind nature, coupled with his experience and in-depth knowledge of the developing brain, has allowed him to form trusted, positive, and respectful relationships with his extensive student and parent communities.
His drive to create better outcomes for young people, the mutual reward of connection and his characteristic sense of adventure, buoys Nathan’s inherent love and appreciation of his work.
Outside of work Nathan enjoys spending time with family and friends and his loyal whippet Stella. On the weekends you can find him at the local ovals supporting his favourite footy teams and watching
Leonie possesses a strong desire to assist people in living to their greatest capacity, she believes everyone has an innate ability to grown, learn and heal. Her journey began over 20 years ago in the aged care and disability field where she worked with adults who had acquired brain injuries, neurodegenerative diseases, and cognitive and intellectual disabilities. She has also worked with children with various disabilities and diagnoses in a gymnastic coaching capacity and as a behavioural therapist.
Leonie developed an interest in neurology and behaviour and completed her bachelor of psychological science, majoring in behavioural neuroscience.
Leonie is a nature lover and enjoys spending as much time as possible outdoors. She has a strong belief that nature can heal and revive and loves using nature and natural movement as therapeutic tools.
Erin is a Behaviour Specialist at Kameleon Group working across the city of Hobart, Tasmania.
Erin has spent the last 13 years in Early Childhood Education undertaking a variety of roles including teaching, mentoring and leading. During this time, she has planned and implemented individual learning programs for a diverse community of learners including those with a range of additional needs.

Chantal has a passion for lifelong learning beginning with her Bachelor of Teaching, prior training in ABA therapy, as well as in primary, secondary and tertiary education settings. Chantal brings specialist behaviour skills to clients with complex behaviour support needs.
Chantal has previously worked in roles as a Clinical Neuropsychologist with experience as a clinician in both the private and public health systems. Often caring for clients with brain injuries, dementia and other neurological conditions requiring complex support. Chantal and the Kameleon team offer quality specialist behaviour support across a range of abilities and needs.
As a Clinical Neuropsychologist ,Chantal’s clinical experience has included working with a range of clients with brain injury, spinal cord injury, dementia, and other neurological conditions. Chantal has a keen interest in the fields of brain injury and dementia and is currently undertaking further dementia studies at the University of Tasmania.
Chantal brings a previous qualification in education (Bachelor of Teaching) and prior training in ABA therapy to her work as a Behaviour Support Practitioner. She has worked across all ages and is passionate about lifelong learning. Chantal will bring specialist behaviour support skills to clients with complex behaviour support needs related to brain injury, neurodegenerative conditions, and cognitive or intellectual disabilities.
When she is not at work, Chantal enjoys playing the violin, sailing or attempting to play hockey. She is a keen cook and loves baking.
