Tracey is our Clinical Director and founder of Kameleon Group. Tracey has worked in the disability sector for over 25 years, working in direct support roles, therapeutic roles, and across all levels of management. Tracey has also had the privilege to work alongside First Nations Communities and is a passionate advocate of taking a ‘whole family’ approach in all she does.
A mother to five adult children, and a proud grandmother to her 8 grandchildren, she embraces all life has to offer. Tracey is a qualified Board Certified Behaviour Analyst and works primarily in Early intervention and supervises our team of therapists throughout Australia.
Tracey is passionate about ABA, and the positive impact ABA programs have on young people and adults. Tracey loves working alongside the passionate and professional Kameleon team, bringing ABA to individuals and families. Backed with qualifications in Psychology, Counselling and Applied Behaviour Analysis, Tracey supports the Kameleon team to learn and grow together, to continually improve on the supports we provide to individuals and families.

With a passion for learning and completing graduate and postgraduate studies in Business and Law, Peter is currently enrolled in the Graduate Diploma of Applied Behaviour Analysis, aiming to complete 2021.

Previously, Vivian excelled in a 25-year career in Marketing and Events, with global roles managing creative agencies and mentoring large teams at Managing Director level.
Following a life-long passion to support and enrich the lives of children and families facing mental, social and emotional challenges, Vivian was thrilled to embark on the ABA path in April 2019 when she joined Lizard Centre as a Behaviour Therapist.

Natalie is a qualified Early Childhood and Primary teacher and as a result has facilitated the learning of countless children with diverse needs for over ten years. Inspired by her own children, Natalie became passionate about finding new ways to support children who experience learning and developmental challenges, particularly with social, emotional and behavioural skills. She began studying a graduate diploma in special education and developed an interest in ABA approaches and the positive impact this can have on children’s lives. Leonie possesses a strong desire to assist people in living to their greatest capacity, she believes everyone has an innate ability to grown, learn and heal. Her journey began over 20 years ago in the aged care and disability field where she worked with adults who had acquired brain injuries, neurodegenerative diseases, and cognitive and intellectual disabilities. She has also worked with children with various disabilities and diagnoses in a gymnastic coaching capacity and as a behavioural therapist.
Leonie developed an interest in neurology and behaviour and completed her bachelor of psychological science, majoring in behavioural neuroscience.
Leonie is a nature lover and enjoys spending as much time as possible outdoors. She has a strong belief that nature can heal and revive and loves using nature and natural movement as therapeutic tools.

Nathan’s patience and kind nature, coupled with his experience and in-depth knowledge of the developing brain, has allowed him to form trusted, positive, and respectful relationships with his extensive student and parent communities.

Eva has 14 years of experience working in disability services, specifically in Autism. As a clinical neuropsychologist, Eva likes to write sound reports, cognitive and functional assessments as well as behaviour support plans with strategies that are likely to create a change in people’s lives.
