Jordan has been working with a number of my clients as a behaviour support practitioner and his person centred approach has been outstanding. He has worked closely with clients individually and in their SIL homes as well as training and upskilling staff at employment and day program services. The results have benefited the clients enormously and staff have been able to work through complex issues that have resulted in positive outcomes for all. Jordan's reports have been detailed and concise and for all my clients he has built up trust and rapport...which has made an enormous difference to their lives.
