Chloe is a Behaviour Support Practitioner at Kameleon Group working across Hobart, Tasmania.

Chloe’s passion for Early Childhood Development, play and early intervention drives her sensitive approach in respecting the
uniqueness of people, their situation, and their support systems.

Chloe has enjoyed developing meaningful and positive relationships with families and service providers in the community across the 6 years in roles involving children’s services and community services sectors, working as an ECEI coordinator for the NDIS and as a mentor to young parents.

Chloe is passionate about and dedicated to the success of timely and integrated early intervention, believing that the best possible outcomes can be achieved by listening and then sharing, to bring together learning and living spaces that a person experiences.
