Ellen is a passionate Behaviour Support Practitioner who lives in the Northern Rivers region of New South Wales. Ellen works across , Byron, Ballina and Lismore shires.
Ellen began her career as a Provisional Psychologist, following completion of a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours) at the University of Queensland. She then moved into the behaviour world shortly after and is currently pursuing her Board Certification as a Behaviour Analyst as well as recently completing a Masters of Applied Behaviour Analysis at Monash University. Ellen has experience working with adolescents and adults presenting with a wide range of challenging behaviours, needs and abilities, in addition to assisting those seeking support for separation and divorce, domestic violence, homelessness, mental health concerns, drug and alcohol abuse and child protection concerns.
Ellen enjoys supporting individuals and their families to reach their goals and improve their quality of life, and is specifically interested in the reasoning and functions behind human behaviour and the role these play in each individual’s life.
