Kylee Laugesen

Behaviour Support Practitioner

Kylee is a Behaviour Support Practitioner at Kameleon Group working across Campbelltown, New South Wales.

Kylee has been a teacher of students with disabilities for 13 years across both public and private sectors, from kindergarten to year 12 and has held school leadership roles across a range of schools.

Kylee’s roles have provided pastoral support to students, teachers and families with a strong focus on building independence to enhance student wellbeing in an educational setting. She has taught students with intellectual disabilities, autism, down syndrome, complex behaviours and a range of other disorders.

Kylee has a Bachelor of Arts, Master’s in Teaching (Primary) and a Master’s in Special Education Inclusive Education). Positive Behaviour Interventions and supports are embedded in her daily teaching practices.

Kylee is passionate and pro-active. We are excited to have her as a Kameleon and look forward to seeing the positive results for
individuals and families.
