Michelle is an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner who supports individuals across Melbourne, Victoria. She speaks Cantonese and Mandarin.

Michelle graduated with a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Criminology in Hong Kong, a Master of Social Work from Flinders University, and a Master of Applied Behaviour Analysis from Monash University. She is now working towards her BCBA qualification.

Michelle has experience providing behaviour support to individuals across different age groups and settings through evidence-based and personalised therapeutic intervention.

Michelle’s passion and specialty lie in the early intervention field to support children with diagnoses through the delivery of behaviour management training to care systems.
