Choose to work from home, or we will set up a local office (once we have a few staff), where you will have access to comfortable, modern office space and a fully equipped therapy room. No more working out of the boot of your car!

  • You will provide us with quality services within an evidenced-based framework.

Your Journey!

Remuneration for contractors: $70 to $120 per billable hour, plus GST for competent experienced practitioners.

Salaried position for those who want security and need a little more support and is dependant on qualifications and experience.

About you

  • Relevant undergraduate qualifications (ABA, Speech Pathologist, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Teaching)
  • Professional report writing skills to develop an evidenced-based Positive Behaviour Support Plan
  • Demonstrated knowledge, skills and experience in positive behaviour support, providing training of behaviour management strategies to staff and parents
  • Knowledge of the NDIS Quality and Safeguards commissions requirements
  • Demonstrated application and/or understanding of Applied Behaviour Analysis
  • Ability to form positive relationships with individuals, families, carers, staff and others

Contractors: What will your commitment be?

  • Minimum: 10 billable hours a week x 46 weeks a year
  • be part of fortnightly supervision.
  • 1 hour of peer-based supervision every 8 weeks
  • Active engagement in team meetings once a month (online or face to face)
  • Team lunches and team development days

What do you need?

  • a passion for the industry
  • to be fully Covid Vaccinated in 2021
  • valid Drivers licence, Vehicle, Mobile phone
  • ABN, WWCC, Police check + Professional Indemnity and Public liability insurance for contractors
  • Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module, Covid-19 at work module and Zero tolerance Certificate
