01. Behaviour Support Practitioner Level 1 & Level 2
Our Kameleon graduate program provides the support and coaching you need, along with lower KPI’s and intensive supervision to support your development.

02. Senior Behaviour Support Practitioner
As a Senior Practitioner, you will have the opprtunity to access our bonus program where you can increase your salary, receive additional training and support on your expert area, and add even more flexibility to your work.

03. Clinical Lead
Clinical Leads support others to do well. They focus on supporting the development of a small team of practitioners, facilitate communities of practice and play an active role in your team’s success. Our team of Clinical Directors support you to develop key skills and coach you every step of the way.

04. Regional & State Clinical Directors
The Regional and State Clinical Directors at Kameleon provide coaching and supports to a group of Clinical Leads. They work in close collaboration with the National team to provide Practitioners what they need to be competent and confident in their roles.

05. National Clinical Director roles
Kameleons National team include specific roles that focus on one key area, for example; Quality, Training or Compliance. The national team contribute to the whole organisation through the provision of expert supports. These roles work in collaboration with the Regional State roles & Operational team and provide cutting edge processes, to support Kameleon’s overall success.

About you!

  • Relevant undergraduate qualifications (ABA, Speech Pathologist, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Teaching)
  • Professional report writing skills to develop an evidenced-based Positive Behaviour Support Plan
  • Demonstrated knowledge, skills and experience in positive behaviour support, providing training of behaviour management strategies to staff and parents
  • Knowledge of the NDIS Quality and Safeguards commissions requirements
  • Demonstrated application and/or understanding of PBS or Applied Behaviour Analysis
  • Ability to form positive relationships with individuals, families, carers, staff and others

What do you need?

  • A passion for the industry
  • To be fully Covid Vaccinated plus booster
  • Valid Drivers licence, Vehicle.
  • Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module, Covid-19 at work module and Zero tolerance Certificate
