With several years of experience across disability and mental health settings, Rachel has supported individuals with diverse and complex needs, implemented positive behaviour supports, and built strong, collaborative relationships with participants, families, carers and allied health teams.

Sarah is a Behaviour Support Practitioner with a background in early childhood development, drama therapy, and educational psychology, based in Sydney NSW.
With experience across early intervention, developmental assessment, education, disability inclusion, and community practice, Sarah brings a person-centred, evidence-based approach to building inclusion. She combines a deep commitment to equity with creativity and enthusiasm to co-design supports that build meaningful skills, confidence, and connection. A skilled facilitator, researcher, and presenter, Sarah values collaboration and empowerment through capacity development at both individual and systemic levels. She has deep insight into the NDIS and is a strong advocate for culturally responsive and equitable practice.
Currently completing her Master’s in Educational Psychology, Sarah remains dedicated to refining her practice and upholding the belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to thrive within supportive, inclusive systems.

Bonnie is an experience Behaviour Support Practitioner providing Early Intervention and Positive Behaviour Support services across Northern New South Wales and the Gold Coast, Queensland.
With over 15 years of experience in education, Bonnie has developed extensive expertise in supporting participants with diverse developmental, learning, and behavioural needs. Her background includes leadership roles as a Learning and Support Coordinator and Behaviour Assistant Principal, where she led multidisciplinary teams, implemented behaviour intervention frameworks, and collaborated closely with families and schools to create inclusive, supportive learning environments.
Bonnie’s approach is holistic and relationship-driven, grounded in evidence-based practice and neurodiversity-affirming principles. She has had experience collaborating closely with Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Psychologists, and Educators to ensure that every participant’s supports reflect their strengths and unique developmental profile.
Her work focuses strongly on Positive Behaviour Support, empowering families and participants with the tools and confidence to manage behaviours of concern in ways that promote connection, skill development, and long-term growth.

Regine has many years of experience in providing positive behaviour support to young children, adolescents and adults with disabilities. She has provided services across multiple settings including childcare centres, schools, community and supported employment.
Regine enjoys delivering evidence-based positive behaviour intervention to people of all ages to help them achieve their full potential and enhance their quality of life. She is passionate about providing trauma-informed positive behaviour support. She adopts the
Functional Communication Training approach and Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) philosophy, which focuses on teaching functional and meaningful skills to replace the need for behaviours of concern.
Kathy is a Senior Behaviour Support Practitioner at Kameleon Group working in Sydney, New South Wales. Kathy is a Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst with a wealth of experience as a Behaviour Analyst, Case Manager, Behaviour Therapist & ABA Specialist.
Kathy loves assisting individuals to work towards realistic, meaningful goals, including skill development. He brings over 14 years’ experience in the disability sector, having worked across a range of roles, including several years in direct support, four years managing group homes supporting individuals with complex behavioural needs, and his current role as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner.
Ben is highly process-driven and demonstrates strong capability in coaching and mentoring staff while delivering high-quality, person-centred support to individuals with high support needs. He is passionate about supporting people to work towards meaningful goals and develop practical skills, while also collaborating with teams to build positive relationships, implement effective strategies, and create supportive, enabling environments.

A true HR professional who is responsible for providing operational and generalist human resource expertise at Kameleon. Ruth supports every Kameleon in their journey with the organisation, and ensures all Kameleons are the most caring and professional practitioners in the industry.
Ruth is degree qualified in Business, and brings with her over 15 years of Human Resource Management and Senior Business Partnering experience working within the Education, Not for Profit, Health and Membership Sectors.
Ruth is passionate about the people-side of the organisation. She prioritises the individual and is always looking to improve as well as optimise her surroundings.
Helen heads up the Finance Team at Kameleon Group and is responsible for payroll and accounts receivable.
The Finance Team strives to provide accurate day to day management of Kameleon Group’s accounts, with attention to detail and accuracy a priority.
