Behaviour Support Services Sydney

As a NDIS provider, Kameleon Group is proud to provide specialist behaviour support service in Sydney for all ages between 2 and 65 years. Our Sydney-based Behaviour Support Specialists deliver home based services, conveniently at your home, workplace or other locations convenient for you.

For those who may not be able to access our services in person due to mobility issues, or other constraints, we also offer telehealth service. Telehealth appointments provide the same level of support as in-person visits. Our practitioners will conduct appointments in the same process as in-person appointments.

The Process Of Behaviour Support Services

The process of behaviour support services consists of 7 easy steps: 

1. Making a referral via our website – you will receive a call from the intake team within 5 business days.

2. A designated Practitioner will be allocated to you or you will be placed on a waiting list.

3. Once you have been allocated a Practitioner, a Service Agreement will be sent out for review, Following a signature a Practitioner will call you within 5 business days to set up an initial meeting.

4. After meeting with your Practitioner, an Initial Assessment Summary will outline the support we will provide.

5. A Behaviour Support Plan will be completed.

6. Implementation of Strategies.

7. Outcomes report for your next NDIS Review.

Rosy holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science from Australian Catholic University and a Master of Education in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) from Monash University.

Rosy completed coursework in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) through Florida Institute of Technology’s online program, gaining international certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behaviour Analyst (BCaBA) in 2014, Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) in 2020 and Certified Behaviour Analyst (CBA) in 2021 through the Association of Behaviour Analysis Australia.

Rosy has been working in the field for over 20 years and with a range of populations. During this time, Rosy worked across various locations in Melbourne and NSW, designing and implementing Early Intensive Behavioural Intervention programs for children up to 15 years of age. Rosy has also delivered various workshops to children and adults, such as, school workshops, SLP continuing education, parent workshops, and staff training, among others.

Rosy has a passion for evidence-based practice and collaborative approaches, ensuring the greatest measurable outcomes for all that she serves. Rosy believes that all participants have the basic human right to access the most effective services for their presentation, such as behavioural supports. Rosy’s work is client-centred, evidence-based, trauma-informed, data-driven and most importantly, fun for the participant!

Rosy enjoys dancing, stand up paddle boarding, playing with her pets and traveling to remote locations around the world.

Ben is a Kameleon Clinical Lead and Behaviour Support Practitioner working across Sydney’s Northern Beaches and North Shore.

He brings over 14 years’ experience in the disability sector, having worked across a range of roles, including several years in direct support, four years managing group homes supporting individuals with complex behavioural needs, and his current role as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner.

Ben is highly process-driven and demonstrates strong capability in coaching and mentoring staff while delivering high-quality, person-centred support to individuals with high support needs. He is passionate about supporting people to work towards meaningful goals and develop practical skills, while also collaborating with teams to build positive relationships, implement effective strategies, and create supportive, enabling environments.

Ben holds AASW-accredited qualifications and professional membership, reflecting his commitment to ethical practice and professional excellence. With a broad background in disability and behaviour support, and a Master of Applied Behaviour Analysis (awaiting conferral), Ben continues to invest in developing his knowledge and skills to better support his team and clients.

Jodi is a Behaviour Support Practitioner working across Taree and Forster in the Manning Valley, New South Wales.

Jodi has a Bachelor degree is Social Science and is studying a Master’s of Social Work. She has a passion for assisting people to build new skills and achieve goals.

Jodi has 15 years’ experience in the Community Services Sector, having worked supporting children in Out of Home Care, children at risk of removal and facilitated parenting programs to build capacity. For the past five years Jodi has been delivering the NDIS in her community as a Local Area Coordinator, Early Childhood Early Intervention Coordinator and Support Coordinator.

Jodi has a broad range of disability knowledge and is experienced with supporting people of all ages and complexities Jodi is thrilled to now be using her skills and experience to provide Positive Behaviour Support with Kameleon and is committed to ensuring positive outcomes for all.

Helen heads up the Finance Team at Kameleon Group and is responsible for payroll and accounts receivable.

The Finance Team strives to provide accurate day to day management of Kameleon Group’s accounts, with attention to detail and accuracy a priority.

With a history of experience in accounts, administration, systems and processes development and implementation, Helen is passionate about supporting the Kameleon Group’s mission to provide Positive Behaviour Support services for their clients.

As a Marketing Manager, with a background in animal health, distribution, and stockbroking industries, Jane has developed a strong skill set in sales and marketing that is highly transferable to the field of behavioural support.

With over 10 years of experience in the animal and human health distribution industry, she has gained valuable skills in sales, marketing, and strategic planning. She is dedicated to developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that raise awareness of the importance of behavioural support and the services that are available to those who need them.

Larissa brings extensive experience in bookkeeping, accounts administration, and office management to her role at Kameleon Group. Having recently completed her Certificate IV in Accounting & Bookkeeping, she combines up-to-date technical knowledge with many years of hands-on experience supporting small businesses and fast-paced professional environments.

Known for her attention to detail and organised approach, Larissa supports efficient systems and smooth day-to-day operations. With a professional background spanning the landscape, media, and travel industries, she brings a well-rounded, proactive approach to supporting both financial and administrative functions.

Kameleon’s commitment to professionalism, quality and strong client relationships aligns closely with Larissa’s own values, and she takes pride in contributing to a team that delivers reliable and high-standard outcomes.

Ruth is our HR Specialist at the Kameleon Group.

A true HR professional who is responsible for providing operational and generalist human resource expertise at Kameleon. Ruth supports every Kameleon in their journey with the organisation, and ensures all Kameleons are the most caring and professional practitioners in the industry.

Ruth is degree qualified in Business, and brings with her over 15 years of Human Resource Management and Senior Business Partnering experience working within the Education, Not for Profit, Health and Membership Sectors.

Ruth is passionate about the people-side of the organisation. She prioritises the individual and is always looking to improve as well as optimise her surroundings.

Bonnie  is an experience Behaviour Support Practitioner providing Early Intervention and Positive Behaviour Support services across Northern New South Wales and the Gold Coast, Queensland.

With over 15 years of experience in education, Bonnie has developed extensive expertise in supporting participants with diverse developmental, learning, and behavioural needs. Her background includes leadership roles as a Learning and Support Coordinator and Behaviour Assistant Principal, where she led multidisciplinary teams, implemented behaviour intervention frameworks, and collaborated closely with families and schools to create inclusive, supportive learning environments.

Bonnie’s approach is holistic and relationship-driven, grounded in evidence-based practice and neurodiversity-affirming principles. She has had experience collaborating closely with Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Psychologists, and Educators to ensure that every participant’s supports reflect their strengths and unique developmental profile.

Her work focuses strongly on Positive Behaviour Support, empowering families and participants with the tools and confidence to manage behaviours of concern in ways that promote connection, skill development, and long-term growth.
