Komala is a Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst who began her career in the field of disability in 2009 while completing her Masters in Teaching at the University of Sydney. She quickly discovered that she had a passion for the field and since that time Komala has worked with and alongside a wide variety of individuals of all ages and backgrounds in a range of settings including home, school and adult services.
As an Education Consultant and PECS Trainer for many years, she has delivered training, coaching and supervision to teachers, allied health professionals, parents and carers across Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia.
Komala believes strongly in a collaborative, inclusive approach that involves listening first and foremost to the individual themselves and the people that know them best.
Eryn is one of the finance team at Kameleon Group, working behind the scenes to ensure the smooth running of Kameleon.
Eryn is degree qualified in Accounting and brings with her over 7 years of experience working in corporate accounting and tax services.
She believes heartily in finding the balance between numbers and the caring industry of allied health.
Helen heads up the Finance Team at Kameleon Group and is responsible for payroll and accounts receivable.
The Finance Team strives to provide accurate day to day management of Kameleon Group’s accounts, with attention to detail and accuracy a priority.
With a history of experience in accounts, administration, systems and processes development and implementation, Helen is passionate about supporting the Kameleon Group’s mission to provide Positive Behaviour Support services for their clients.
As a Marketing Manager, with a background in animal health, distribution, and stockbroking industries, Jane has developed a strong skill set in sales and marketing that is highly transferable to the field of behavioural support.
With over 10 years of experience in the animal and human health distribution industry, she has gained valuable skills in sales, marketing, and strategic planning. She is dedicated to developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that raise awareness of the importance of behavioural support and the services that are available to those who need them.
Ruth is our HR Specialist at the Kameleon Group.
A true HR professional who is responsible for providing operational and generalist human resource expertise at Kameleon. Ruth supports every Kameleon in their journey with the organisation, and ensures all Kameleons are the most caring and professional practitioners in the industry.
Ruth is degree qualified in Business, and brings with her over 15 years of Human Resource Management and Senior Business Partnering experience working within the Education, Not for Profit, Health and Membership Sectors.
Ruth is passionate about the people-side of the organisation. She prioritises the individual and is always looking to improve as well as optimise her surroundings.
Ben is a Behaviour Support Practitioner at Kameleon Group working across the Northern Beaches/ North Shore of Sydney.
Ben has 10 years’ experience in the disability field including a number of years of direct support work and 4 years managing group homes with complex behavioural needs. He has resolute skills in coaching as well as mentoring staff while providing quality support to a number of high needs clients. Ben is passionate about assisting individuals to work towards meaningful goals and skill development, as well as working with teams to foster beneficial relationships, implement effective strategies and create positive environments for people they support.

Jack is a dedicated Behaviour Support Practitioner at Kameleon Group working across Sydney’s North Shore and Northern Beaches.
Jack completed a Bachelor of Psychology with first-class honours from Macquarie University. He has experience working with individuals who display behavioural challenges and have complex support needs.
Jack values the expertise of each person in their own life and strives to collaborate with those he supports, alongside their families, to provide tailored, evidence-based interventions.
In all his work Jack hopes to assist individuals and their families to recognise their strengths and lead meaningful lives.
