Michael is a Clinical Lead and Behaviour Support Practitioner working across the Gold Coast and surrounding areas in QLD.
Michael has over 10 years experience supporting participants of all ages who have physical and intellectual disabilities. His goal is to improve clinical practice, quality of life, and protect human rights for his participants. He has provided expert advice on best practices and clinical governance to community services and government agencies and has worked with the NSW Department of Communities and Justice as an Independent Behaviour Specialist to reduce restrictive practices. Michael is also skilled at navigating the complex relationship between Child Safety and the NDIS.

Nina is a Behaviour Specialist and Clinical Lead at Kameleon Group working across the northern suburbs of Brisbane. Nina has extensive experience working with NDIS participants ranging from adolescents transitioning out of Early Intensive Behavioural Intervention to older individuals and the Forensic Disability Service.

Brooklynn is a RBT and a Behaviour Support Practitioner working for Kameleon Group across the Gold Coast, QLD.
Brooklynn began her career by completing undergraduate studies through the Meredith College Autism Program in North Carolina, USA and continued to work in the US until moving to the Gold Coast in 2022. Shortly after moving to Australia she began to pursue her Board Certification as a Behaviour Analyst and has completed a Masters of Applied Behaviour Analysis at Griffith University. Brooklynn is currently working on her dissertation where she is assessing the barriers to implementing an online platform for NDIS participants to stay active and healthy.
Brooklynn has experience working with early intervention through early childhood (ages 18mos-10 years old). She has worked with an extensive range of challenging behaviours, needs and abilities of her clients and has assisted in teaching ways of functional communication to meet their wants and needs. She has worked closely with parents and caregivers in parent training sessions to have the most success in their homes and out in their communities.
Brooklynn loves seeing the progress in the kids that she works with when they finally reach a goal or achieve something that has been difficult for them. She feels that the most rewarding part of being a Behaviour Support Practitioner is getting to know each child as an individual, learn about their favourite interests and hobbies, and helping families explore these with their child.
Minha is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 14 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis, based on the Sunshine Coast of Qld. She has worked extensively with individuals across a broad age range and with a wide variety of developmental and behavioural needs.
Over the course of her career, Minha has held roles such as Case Manager, Clinical Supervisor, Head of ABA Department, and Clinical Director. She has collaborated within multidisciplinary teams and led programs across home, school, and community settings.
Her clinical expertise includes Functional Communication Training (FCT), Functional Behaviour Assessment (FBA), and the development of meaningful, individualised functional replacement behaviours. She is especially passionate about empowering parents and caregivers with practical tools and strategies that lead to lasting, positive change.
With over five years of classroom teaching experience in mainstream education, Minha brings a unique blend of academic knowledge and applied clinical skill. Her natural ability to connect with individuals on their level makes sessions both engaging and impactful, turning everyday moments into opportunities for meaningful growth.
