With a background in Positive Behaviour Support & Counselling, Rebekah is passionate about helping people from all walks of life build the skills, confidence, and support networks needed to live meaningful and fulfilling lives aligned with their goals. She works with children, adolescents, adults, families, and support teams, taking the time to understand each person’s unique strengths, experiences, and aspirations through a holistic, person-centred approach.
Her practice combines evidence-based strategies with genuine connection, focusing on practical and sustainable supports that can be implemented in everyday life. Rebekah enjoys supporting participants to strengthen emotional regulation, communication, independence, confidence, and overall wellbeing, while working collaboratively with families, carers, educators, and allied health professionals to achieve positive outcomes.

Steph is a Behaviour Support Practitioner working in Brisbane, Qld.
Steph started her career in the Behaviour Support field at the beginning of 2022. Steph has completed a Master of Applied Behaviour Analysis and a Bachelor of Human Services. She is registered as a Behaviour Support Practitioner with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission and is working towards becoming a Certified Behaviour Analyst in Australia. Steph has experience delivering services in-home, at mainstream schools and within childcare settings.
Steph is passionate about improving the quality of life for all of her clients using an individualised, assent-based approach. She loves to support clients to help them gain the independence, skills and confidence needed to thrive across their key environments. This also includes working collaboratively with families and educators to ensure participants are receiving consistent and effective support based on their individual needs within different environments. She also loves to teach functional communication to participants so they can advocate for themselves and express their wants and needs effectively. Seeing the excitement from both the client and those around them when the participant learns how to express themselves using functional communication is one of her favourite aspects of being a Behaviour Support Practitioner.
Wesley is a Behaviour Support Practitioner with Kameleon Group, supporting participants and families across the Gold Coast region of Queensland. With experience working across diverse educational, community and support settings, he is committed to delivering person-centred, evidence-informed positive behaviour support that promotes quality of life, independence and meaningful outcomes.
As a father of two children, including one diagnosed with Developmental Language Disorder (DLD), Wesley brings both professional expertise and personal insight to his work with neurodivergent individuals and their families. He is passionate about understanding each person’s unique circumstances and works collaboratively to build practical, sustainable supports that empower participants and those around them.
Wesley values authentic relationships and meaningful community engagement, ensuring participants have access to the support and opportunities they deserve. His diverse experiences as a paragliding pilot, rural firefighter, master diver trainer and musician have strengthened his adaptability, problem-solving skills and ability to foster positive change across a wide range of environments.
