Gaya is a Behaviour Support Practitioner based in Hobart, Tasmania. She holds a PhD in Education and brings nine years of experience supporting individuals with diverse needs, strengths and goals.

Judy is a Clinical Lead and Behaviour Support Practitioner based in Hobart, Tasmania.
Judy commenced her career in the Human Resources field having studied a Bachelor in Social Sciences, and upon moving to Tasmania, Judy decided to follow her passion, studying and working within Behavioural Science.
Judy has worked within Early Intervention since completing her Degree in Psychological Science, and has completed her Masters (Applied Behaviour Analysis) .
Judy has a strong interest in early intervention, and advocacy and inclusion for all children.
Rachel is a BCBA and Specialist Behaviour Support Practitioner. She has a specialised background in positive behaviour support, behavioural feeding interventions, and applied behaviour analysis. She is passionate about supporting her clients and team members to reach meaningful goals and build positive relationships.
Rachel has experience in supervising behaviour analysts and behaviour support practitioners in various applications of applied behaviour analysis including positive behaviour support, skill building, early intervention, and feeding. This experience exemplifies Rachel’s passion in supporting practitioners to offer individualized support for their clients.
Rachel also works as a teaching associate for the Masters of Applied Behaviour Analysis at Monash University. She has taught in the courses for Ethics for Behaviour Analysts and Diverse Applications of Behaviour Analysis.
