Anita is a Behaviour Support Practitioner based in Melbourne, Victoria. She brings over 25 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and families across educational, therapeutic, and international settings. Having worked extensively throughout Australia and Southeast Asia, she has developed and led multidisciplinary programs, supervised practitioners, and collaborated closely with schools and families to promote inclusion, learning, and wellbeing outcomes.
Anita‘s practice focuses on helping children strengthen social and emotional skills through engaging, evidence-based approaches that combine structure with creativity. She is passionate about the use of creative play as a therapeutic tool for enhancing emotional regulation, problem-solving, and resilience. She also facilitates parent programs and delivers training for educators and allied health professionals.

Azraa is a Behaviour Support Practitioner based in Melbourne, Victoria. She brings extensive experience in implementing behaviour supports with children, young people, and families, particularly in the context of autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, and other developmental and behavioural challenges.
Azraa has worked both independently and as part of multidisciplinary teams, collaborating with psychologists, speech and language therapists, occupational therapists, educators, and families. She draws on an Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA)–focused approach, complemented by parent coaching and evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) strategies, to ensure interventions are practical, ethical, and sustainable.
Azraa’s work includes conducting Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBA), developing and reviewing Positive Behaviour Support Plans, and equipping families with the skills and confidence to embed supports into daily routines. Azraa is also experienced in creating inclusive environments in educational and OSHC settings, implementing visual systems, proactive strategies, and structured programs to foster independence, skill acquisition, and social connection.
