Our Perth-based Behaviour Support Specialists deliver home-based services, conveniently at your Home, Workplace or other locations convenient for you. In Perth, the Kameleon Group provides support to participants of all ages, from infants to senior citizens, offering tailored assistance based on each individual’s specific needs. In addition to in-person visits, Kameleon Group also offers telehealth services.

Telehealth, also known as virtual consultations, allows participants to receive support remotely through video conferencing technology. This option is particularly valuable for our participants who may not be able to access our services in person due to mobility issues, or other constraints.

Telehealth appointments may provide a similar level of support as in-person visits. Our practitioners will conduct appointments in the same process as in-person appointments.

This process consists of:

  • Making a referral via our website – you will receive a call from the intake team within 5 business days.
  • A designated Practitioner will be allocated to you or you will be placed on a waiting list.
  • Once you have been allocated a Practitioner, a Service Agreement will be sent out for review, Following a signature a Practitioner will call you within 5 business days to set up an initial meeting.
  • After meeting with your Practitioner, an Initial Assessment Summary will outline the support we will provide.
  • A Behaviour Support Plan will be completed
  • Implementation of Strategies
  • Outcomes report for your next NDIS Review.

Katrina is a BCBA and Specialist Behaviour Support Practitioner. A passionate clinician that has had the privilege of overseeing early intervention and behaviour support for children with disabilities both in Perth and internationally for over 25 years.

More recently Katrina has also been a teaching associate for Performance Management and Supervision and Concepts and Principles of Learning for the Masters of ABA at Monash University.

At the forefront of all of Katrina’s interactions is the objective to build positive relationships. She enjoys supporting clients and families through the collaborative process of co-designing evidence-based, trauma-informed interventions. Integral to her improving client and families quality of life is her compassionate approach to coaching.

Equal to Katrina’s enthusiasm for delivering effective services is leading and supervising teams to develop the same passion, knowledge, and skills in the science of applied behaviour analysis in the application of positive behaviour support services

Isabella is a Perth-based Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst with a broad range of local and international experience providing Positive Behaviour Support and therapy supports to children and teens since 2001.

Isabella is committed to thoroughly understanding her client’s needs and designing supports in partnership with the client and their personal network with a primary focus on an improved quality of life for all.

Beyond her clinical work, Isabella provides supervision and training and is known for inspiring her trainees to think differently about the people they support. Isabella is a Teaching Associate within Monash University’s Masters of ABA program, teaching Professional ethics for behaviour analysts and diverse applications of ABA.

Whether Isabella is supporting a client, parent, colleague, student, educator, or other professional she takes great joy in facilitating their positive progress.

Aya has a Bachelor degree in Biochemistry, Honours degree in Molecular Biology and Masters degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis. She is working towards completing her BCBA certification and continuously striving to achieve the best outcomes for the people she works with.

Aya left her lab work after she fell in love with the science of ABA. Aya is passionate about ABA and its positive impact by assisting people improve their quality of life, build upon their strengths, and reach their full potential.

Aya has years of experience implementing ABA programs designed to help children with ASD and developmental delays. She has experience supporting people with different needs and culturally diverse backgrounds and is excited to use her skills and experience to provide Positive Behaviour Support with Kameleon to ensure positive outcomes for all.

Aya is professional, joyful, and engaging and always leaves positive results for the individuals and families she works with.

Sien is a Behaviour Support Practitioner at the Kameleon Group working in Perth , Western Australia.

Sien is a Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst who has experience providing evidence-based early intervention to children with autism and other developmental disabilities, supporting their families, and empowering the community.

In addition to supporting individuals with disabilities. Sien has also provided training and supervision to behaviour therapists. She is a staunch advocate of continuous learning and growth – a value she has instilled in every therapist she has trained and supervised.

 

Tamara is a Behaviour Support Practitioner based in Perth who has six years’ experience in the disability field and has worked in both intensive early intervention and adult programs.

Tamara worked for 4 years as a RBT under the supervision of a BCBA/speech pathologist implementing speech programs using Applied Behaviour Analysis techniques, and has a special interest in speech development as she feels that everybody should be able to communicate their wants and needs. Her goal is to always create a fun environment for her participants .

Tamara has completed her Graduate Certificate in Applied Behaviour Analysis at Griffith university and is working toward her masters in Applied Behaviour Analysis at Monash University. Tamara is passionate about ABA and providing individuals high-quality ethical behaviour support services.

Chloe is a Behaviour Support Practitioner based in Perth WA. Chloe has 14 years of experience working with children and their families, in both school and home environments to provide early intervention and behaviour support, and is always thrilled to see positive results.

Chloe is currently working to complete a Master of Applied Behaviour Analysis at Monash University. Chloe is motivated by her belief in individualised collaborative intervention and behaviour support, to achieve positive change for the individuals she works with.
