She is a compassionate Practitioner who is motivated to deliver high quality effective services to participants and their families.
Jennifer began her career as a Behaviour Technician, later earning a Master’s in ABA from the Florida Institute of Technology and then progressing to become a BCBA. She is also a Certified Behavioural Sleep Specialist (CBSS), bringing specialised expertise in sleep-related behaviour challenges. Jennifer is passionate about continuous learning and staying at the forefront of her
field to better support individuals and their families.
Jennifer has held various leadership and supervisory roles, offering clinical oversight, mentoring practitioners, and developing plans tailored to each individual’s needs. Her approach is rooted in ethical, evidence-based practices, ensuring that participants receive high-quality support to help them achieve meaningful and lasting outcomes.
Aya has a Bachelor degree in Biochemistry, Honours degree in Molecular Biology and Masters degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis. She is working towards completing her BCBA certification and continuously striving to achieve the best outcomes for the people she works with.
Aya left her lab work after she fell in love with the science of ABA. Aya is passionate about ABA and its positive impact by assisting people improve their quality of life, build upon their strengths, and reach their full potential.
Aya has years of experience implementing ABA programs designed to help children with ASD and developmental delays. She has experience supporting people with different needs and culturally diverse backgrounds and is excited to use her skills and experience to provide Positive Behaviour Support with Kameleon to ensure positive outcomes for all.

Isabella is a Perth-based Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst with a broad range of local and international experience providing Positive Behaviour Support and therapy supports to children and teens since 2001.
Isabella is committed to thoroughly understanding her client’s needs and designing supports in partnership with the client and their personal network with a primary focus on an improved quality of life for all.
Beyond her clinical work, Isabella provides supervision and training and is known for inspiring her trainees to think differently about the people they support. Isabella is a Teaching Associate within Monash University’s Masters of ABA program, teaching Professional ethics for behaviour analysts and diverse applications of ABA.

Sien is a Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst who has experience providing evidence-based early intervention to children with autism and other developmental disabilities, supporting their families, and empowering the community.
