Minha is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 14 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis, based on the Sunshine Coast of Qld. She has worked extensively with individuals across a broad age range and with a wide variety of developmental and behavioural needs.
Over the course of her career, Minha has held roles such as Case Manager, Clinical Supervisor, Head of ABA Department, and Clinical Director. She has collaborated within multidisciplinary teams and led programs across home, school, and community settings.
Her clinical expertise includes Functional Communication Training (FCT), Functional Behaviour Assessment (FBA), and the development of meaningful, individualised functional replacement behaviours. She is especially passionate about empowering parents and caregivers with practical tools and strategies that lead to lasting, positive change.
With over five years of classroom teaching experience in mainstream education, Minha brings a unique blend of academic knowledge and applied clinical skill.
