Enia is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner with a background in psychology, special education, and staff development and upskilling. She is currently completing her PhD in Special Education, focusing on inclusive education and how evidence-based practices can support equitable outcomes in educational settings.
She has experience working with children, adolescents and adults with diverse support needs, collaborating closely with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to develop practical, person-centred strategies that support participation and positive outcomes.
Enia values a collaborative approach and is passionate about supporting those around the participant — including families, support workers, and educators — to feel confident and capable in implementing strategies in everyday environments.
She also has experience supporting and mentoring clinicians and educators, with a strong focus on translating evidence into practical, sustainable approaches that work in real-life settings. She brings a strong interest in inclusive practice and supporting education settings to create environments where all learners can thrive.
