Rachel is a BCBA, CBA, and Specialist Behaviour Support Practitioner. She has a specialised background in positive behaviour support, behavioural feeding interventions, and applied behaviour analysis. She is passionate about supporting her clients and team members to reach meaningful goals and build positive relationships.
Rachel has experience in supervising behaviour analysts and behaviour support practitioners in various applications of applied behaviour analysis including positive behaviour support, skill building, early intervention, and feeding. This experience exemplifies Rachel’s passion in supporting practitioners to offer individualized support for their clients.
Rachel also works as a teaching associate for the Masters of Applied Behaviour Analysis at Monash University. She has taught in the courses for Ethics for Behaviour Analysts and Diverse Applications of Behaviour Analysis.
