Katrina is a BCBA and Specialist Behaviour Support Practitioner. A passionate clinician that has had the privilege of overseeing early intervention and behaviour support for children with disabilities both in Perth and internationally for over 25 years.
More recently Katrina has also been a teaching associate for Performance Management and Supervision and Concepts and Principles of Learning for the Masters of ABA at Monash University.
At the forefront of all of Katrina’s interactions is the objective to build positive relationships. She enjoys supporting clients and families through the collaborative process of co-designing evidence-based, trauma-informed interventions. Integral to her improving client and families quality of life is her compassionate approach to coaching.
Equal to Katrina’s enthusiasm for delivering effective services is leading and supervising teams to develop the same passion, knowledge, and skills in the science of applied behaviour analysis in the application of positive behaviour support services
