Kirsti is a Behaviour Support Practitioner based on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. She has a diverse background in behaviour support, early childhood intervention, counselling, and disability services. She is passionate about supporting people of all ages in achieving meaningful goals, improving their quality of life, and building positive relationships.
Kirsti has experience working as a Behaviour Support Practitioner and Early Childhood Therapist, supporting individuals and families using person-centred, evidence-based approaches. She has also worked as a Domestic and Family Violence Counsellor and as a Lifestyle Facilitator, assisting people living with disability and mental illness to develop skills, increase independence, and lead fulfilling lives. Her broad experience enables her to provide compassionate, individualised support that is tailored to each person’s unique strengths and needs.
Kirsti holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science and a Master of Counselling and Psychotherapy. She is committed to empowering individuals, families, and support networks through collaborative practice and positive behaviour support, helping people build the skills and confidence to reach their goals.
