Rosy holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science from Australian Catholic University and a Master of Education in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) from Monash University.
Rosy completed coursework in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) through Florida Institute of Technology’s online program, gaining international certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behaviour Analyst (BCaBA) in 2014, Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) in 2020 and Certified Behaviour Analyst (CBA) in 2021 through the Association of Behaviour Analysis Australia.
Rosy has been working in the field for over 20 years and with a range of populations. During this time, Rosy worked across various locations in Melbourne and NSW, designing and implementing Early Intensive Behavioural Intervention programs for children up to 15 years of age. Rosy has also delivered various workshops to children and adults, such as, school workshops, SLP continuing education, parent workshops, and staff training, among others.
Rosy has a passion for evidence-based practice and collaborative approaches, ensuring the greatest measurable outcomes for all that she serves. Rosy believes that all participants have the basic human right to access the most effective services for their presentation, such as behavioural supports. Rosy’s work is client-centred, evidence-based, trauma-informed, data-driven and most importantly, fun for the participant!
Rosy enjoys dancing, stand up paddle boarding, playing with her pets and traveling to remote locations around the world.
