Julia is a Senior Behaviour Support Practitioner based on the Gold Coast, Queensland; holding dual Masters degrees in Psychological Sciences and Social Work. She brings a wealth of experience across neurodiverse environments, including a range of intellectual and physical disabilities, acquired brain injury, autistic spectrum disorders, and complex mental health presentations.
Julia has worked both independently and within multidisciplinary teams, collaborating across Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), Psychiatry, Psychology, Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Social Work, and third sector organisations. Her practice is grounded in empathy, integrity, and a deep commitment to individualised holistic care.
She conducts comprehensive assessments to identify individual support, care, and therapeutic needs; and provides ongoing monitoring and review to ensure plans remain responsive and effective. Julia’s approach is relational and inclusive—she actively engages families, educational providers, and external agencies to foster a unified, strengths-based framework for skill development and wellbeing.
