Anu is a dedicated Behaviour Analyst located in Brisbane QLD, with over 10 years of experience people with autism and other neurodevelopmental disabilities across early intervention, school, home, and community settings. She holds a Master of Applied Behaviour Analysis and is registered with the NDIS as a Behaviour Support Practitioner, with a strong focus on delivering evidence-based, person-centred supports that improve quality of life for the individuals and families she works with.
Anu has extensive experience conducting functional behaviour assessments, developing Positive Behaviour Support Plans, and implementing practical, individualised strategies that promote skill development, independence, and meaningful participation in everyday life. She is highly skilled in working with children presenting with complex behaviours of concern and uses Applied Behaviour Analysis principles to teach functional communication, emotional regulation, social skills, and daily living skills.
With a strong background in early childhood intervention, Anu has spent several years providing targeted early supports for children with autism and developmental delay, working closely with families, educators, therapists, and support teams to ensure consistent and effective implementation of strategies across environments. She values collaboration and believes that the best outcomes occur when families and support networks feel confident, informed, and supported.
Her professional experience also includes working within primary and secondary school settings in the Northern Territory, supporting students with diverse learning needs, English as an additional language, and complex developmental presentations. This background has strengthened her ability to adapt strategies to different environments and to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
Known for her warm, empathetic, and detail-oriented approach, Anu is passionate about clinical excellence and committed to providing high-quality, ethical, and practical behaviour support that aligns with NDIS requirements and best-practice Positive Behaviour Support. At Kameleon Group, Anu enjoys working collaboratively to deliver thoughtful, evidence-based supports that help participants build skills, reduce behaviours of concern, and achieve meaningful outcomes.
