Kasey is a Behaviour Support Practitioner at Kameleon Group, based in Canberra, ACT. She holds a Bachelor of Education (Special Needs) and a Diploma of Early Childhood Education, bringing a strong foundation in education, developmental support, and person-centred practice.
Kasey has experience supporting individuals with a range of developmental, learning, and behavioural support needs across educational, early intervention, and community settings. She works collaboratively with participants, families, carers, educators, and support teams to develop practical strategies that promote participation, independence, and positive outcomes.
She is passionate about building strong relationships and supporting meaningful outcomes that reflect each participant’s individual goals, strengths, and circumstances. Kasey values a collaborative approach and enjoys empowering those around the participant to confidently implement strategies in everyday environments.
Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, with additional proficiency in Korean, Kasey is able to connect with individuals and families from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds. She is committed to fostering inclusive and supportive environments where participants of all ages can thrive and achieve their goals.
