Anika is a Behaviour Support Practitioner, based in Hobart, Tasmania, specialising in trauma‑informed care and adult mental well‑being. With a degree in Psychology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling Psychology, and over four years of experience supporting individuals across community and educational settings, she provides evidence-based support for life transitions, relationship challenges, stress management, and emotional regulation.
Anika adopts a client-centred and strengths-based approach, tailoring strategies to each individual’s needs to foster personal growth and resilience. Outside of practice, she enjoys exploring the outdoors and engaging in creative arts. Through her professional and volunteer experiences, Anika embraces the philosophy that ‘if a person can’t learn the way we teach, we must teach in the way they learn.’ Guided by this belief, she is committed to empowering individuals with diverse needs by tailoring her approach to each person’s unique strengths, abilities, and challenges.
