Chloe is a Clinical Lead and Behaviour Support Practitioner at Kameleon Group working in Rockhampton, Queensland.
She graduated with a Bachelor of Psychological Science from Swinburn University and is currently working towards completion of a Master’s of Applied Behaviour Analysis at Monash University.
With experience supporting children and adults with behavioural challenges, especially those with psychosocial disabilities, she ensures that the voices of participants are heard and their quality of life is at the forefront of decision making. Chloe is passionate about providing trauma-informed intervention through a person-centred approach and supporting teams to improve their knowledge and skills in caring for participants.
A strong advocate for the voice of the participant, Chloe also values her role in supporting practitioners to grow their clinical skills and confidence so they can share their success with the people they support.
